The hostel had an awesome backpacker vibe with a great balance of social shared spaces and more peaceful dorm rooms. The staff and volunteers were super helpful and gave excellent advice on places to visit. The beds were super comfy, and the private bathrooms in each dorm room were a great convenience. The breakfast provided was simple but satisfying, with toast, cereal, and orange juice. The location was top-notch, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby and just a short walk to the park with the main sights. The bus stop was also close, making it easy to explore the famous out-of-town temple.
That there was some dampness on the walls/ceiling in the bedroom. the incense in the downstairs area made my clothes smell strongly, so I couldn't wear them more than once.

We had such a great stay at this hostel! The 4-person dorm was clean and comfortable, with both a fan and air conditioning available. The owners, Poco and Kaze, were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The bus to the main sights stops right outside the hostel, and it's just a 10-minute walk from the train station. The kitchen was well-stocked and there's a supermarket nearby. We even had a huge dinner cooked by Poco and Kaze, with plenty of vegan options. The WiFi was strong, and overall we loved our time here. We highly recommend this hostel!
Our only complaint was the top bunk in the bunk-bed room, which was difficult to get up to and not very comfortable. However, it was still a good stay overall.

I had a very pleasant stay at a budget-friendly guesthouse in Gyeongju. The accommodation had everything I needed for a one-night stay, including a delicious breakfast with a variety of options. The owner was kind and helpful, speaking English fluently and creating a friendly atmosphere in the evenings. The guesthouse had a nice interior design, clean restrooms, and a great location with easy access to local bus routes and tourist areas. It was easy to meet new people and there were plenty of areas to relax and socialize. I would highly recommend this guesthouse for a stay in Gyeongju.
There were a few minor inconveniences, such as the slight noise outside my window and the uncomfortable bottom bunk with noisy springs. However, these issues did not significantly impact my overall experience.

The location of the hostel is perfect, within walking distance from major tourist sites and public transportation. The rooms are well-decorated and cozy, with comfortable beds and private bathrooms. The staff is incredibly welcoming, creating a friendly and family-like atmosphere. The common areas are great for socializing, and there is a fully equipped kitchen for guests to use.
The breakfast offering of toast and cereal may not be sufficient for some guests.

I recently stayed at a hostel in Gyeongju called Kaze, and it was one of the best hostels I have ever experienced. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The staff were incredibly hospitable, kind, and generous, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hostel itself was clean and comfortable, with a great location near the historic center and bus terminals. The common areas, such as the game room and spacious dining room, provided a wonderful opportunity to meet and connect with other travelers from around the world. Thank you so much, Kaze, for your hospitality and for creating a truly memorable experience in Gyeongju!
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like! 😊

The interior of the hostel is really nice and the owners are super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and had both AC and fans. I liked that each bed had two plugs on the side. The breakfast offered was good and the common areas were great for meeting people. , having a cute cat around was a bonus. the hostel was amazing and affordable, almost too good to be true.
The mattress was a bit hard, but it was still manageable. There was also a bit of an issue with the shower, as the water had some brown muck splurting out, probably due to a city water issue.
